The other reviews that people have wrote are nothing like what they say this place was great very quiet a great place to bring your kids the owners are very nice and very cooperative I had and still have a great time staying here and so far staying here I've not seen any drug activity they even say at the front if you have anything to do with drugs it wouldn't be a good idea to stay here. :)

I enjoy reading some of these reviews.. As i work in the front desk, i know why a few of these people have wrote some nasty reviews..... The prices are fair and the cheapest within carrollton and on a plus side are prices go down each week and taxs come off after 3 months... Follow the rules to the agreement that you sign and honestly there wont be an issues.... We prove pest control every month we are not perfect like most places.. But we take pride and keeping our property clean and safe!

I stayed there nearly 3months to be close to home cause of my job which was only 10mins away...I have to say it is a very nice place to stay....! Very clean rooms and very nice manager...Ms Inez is very sweet woman and I always paid my rent on time and never had a problem whatsoever...Plus the rates are reasonable and close to everything you need..

I must say that this a great place they doing alot of remodeling out here and I'm not talking about painting over old paint and patching over old holes in the walls they are really putting alot of money time and effort into this place the front office staff is very nice and helpful once the get done with the remodeling its gonna be nice I would recommend living out here to anyone that's looking for something short-term

For the price its worth it...especially if you have no where to go. The bad reviews on here are more than likely from people who broke the rules and were evicted for it....but instead of owning up and accepting responsibility they want to take anger out on a review, Play the victim against a place that tried to provide a safe environment for everyone! my advise if you want to stay here...leave the drama behind, pay your rent on time, and you will be just fine!

I have been here since March and I can't complain. Only thing they went up on the rent. But other than that they are so nice. They have new owners who are trying to make it an even better place to stay. They lady in the office is so kind and nice she is a real sweetheart.

Newly remodeled! The office staff here are phenomenal now. This place is a complete turnaround from what it use to be.

Owners are nice. And my room is clean. Area is quiet seems to be hard working people living there. A decent basic cable package. The wifi could be better tho. I haven't seen a bug in my room yet.

They are under new management, and it shows big time. Ava is fantastic!
